Weekends and bookings of 8 people or more; there is a 10% service charge to cover additional staffing costs. Our Tearoom offers traditional afternoon tea from £16.95 per person up to £21.95 with a glass of bubbly - but to be honest in a large group it may work out cheaper to buy by the bottle and pay the food bill separately. Large bottles of bubbly start from £25.50 (750ml). Balloons and small decorations that do not require a permanent fixing are welcome and you can purchase them from us if you want! Confetti and glitter are not permitted as we are an open kitchen. Additional charges will apply for any damages incurred. Photographs may be taken during your visit and used on our social pages (please inform us to 'opt out').
For reservations of 20+ guests; we charge a hire cost of £100 (midweek) or £150 (weekends) per two hours with the additional 10% service charge. We are flexible and date changes can be made seven(7) days prior to the appointed date without issue; rescheduling is subject to availability.
For reservations of 30+ guests; privately hiring the whole Tearoom is a must; maximum capacity is 43 (27 indoors and 16 outside in our indoor arcade, blankets and hot water bottles are provided during colder months). You also receive a free bottle of bubbly and up to five(5) children can eat free (under 8 years only). We do not refund hire costs as they are transferable, date changes can be made outside of fourteen(14) days of appointed date without issue, subject to availability. Upfront food security deposits are to be deducted from the bill on the day with the additional 10% service charge. Additionally, should your party size decrease inside of 48 hours you will be charged for the pre-ordered food (takeaway boxes are available upon request).
